Evesham Jubilee members fished the latest club match on Jenny’s pool at Tunnel Barn Farm on a horrendous day weather wise with rain and strong winds throughout the match. Numbers fishing were down due to the weather forecast but 8 brave soles sat it out for the full 5 hours of the match. Unfortunealtly for some several pole sections and tackle didn’t make the journey home. But Bob Evans took advantage of a bit of shelter on peg 26 to win the match easily, placing 66lb 1oz on the scales for the win. Richard Ford on peg 8 at the other end of the pool braved out the wind blowing up that end to come 2nd with 44lb 8oz. 3rd was Frank Wallace claiming the last money place from peg 19 with 34lb 13oz.

Well done to everyone who fished for the full 5 hours and not going home for an early bath !!
